Architect(seems very expensive) or architectural designer will be enough?

Lenders will be vocal about their comfort level with issuing a loan when there are multiple properties owned through a single LLC, particularly if the portfolio is financed through multiple lenders and that threshold can vary depending on each lenders internal standards.

But I am very slow at designing choices. 

I realize now, had we done that, it would have appreciated well, especially on the stock side.On that theme, if you have very long term designated reserves, I think you are the captain of the ship.
