I don’t know if you’ve dealt with tenants before or have landlording experience but they did say that tenants are the life blood of your financial freedom and to take care of them if they’re taking care of you.  

Stop the bleeding while you still have blood to bleed.

South FLA is too rich for my blood… I have been pretty busy getting those purchases going and helping some close friends and family get into REI.

Long distance investing looks like it will be my best option for now as South Florida is too rich for my (investing) blood.

But developing in the Mission these days is a blood sport...or akin to giving up your first born...I miss the good ole days in the Mission :)
