They need to clean/ paint the exterior, move some the fencing to create 3 more car slots, and clean up with the front yard.

@Jaleen Anderson and @Jason GorenchanHaving a blanket doesn't necessarily free up a slot for more Fannie backed loans.The rule is 10 "financed" properties.

I had all these Southern CA borrowers who had bought turn key in the mid west they were failing left and right and because we were HML who did not report to fico they would just stick their nose up at us... but I had their PG's so I thumbed them right back with a 1099 C  you should have heard them squealing..Hey you cant do this..

Does anyone have sample language they are willing to share to secure a Personal Guarantee (PG) as further backup to 1st lien position in a private money loan?
