I read through this and it looks like I will have to file a "No cause notice" https://www.clarkcountynv.gov/government/departments/constable/constable_las_vegas_township/services/eviction_process.phpFrom reading the above it looks like he can stay for 17 days (remaining time for this months rent) + 30 days when notice is given + another 30 days if he files a motion to the courts for additional time for a total of 77 days.Would also appreciate any lawyer recommendations in Las Vegas.Thank you
