A load of say 500 extra pounds (chair and people) isn't a static dead force but instead will be increased with the swinging motion that occurs on the seat pressuring the beam above.

I don't think it would kill the feel of a remote as long as people aren't getting lit up just sitting on the back deck, just make sure you have it set on motion detector mode. 

Motion detectors in common areas may not be adjusted, altered, obscured or disabled. 

To clarify, just for general "walking around " knowledge, the Uniform Laws Commissioners wrote the Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Law, and their committee comments. 

The key for you will be to buy it right so you have multiple exit strategies when the Army tells you to PCS again or when you decide to hang up the uniform. 

@crystal The rule is that you have that criteria written, in advance, and applied uniformly across all tenants.  

It may remain "a seller's market" but there may simply be a lot less sellers and a lot less buyers overall.All widespread economics depends upon motion and speed.

I read through this and it looks like I will have to file a "No cause notice" https://www.clarkcountynv.gov/government/departments/constable/constable_las_vegas_township/services/eviction_process.phpFrom reading the above it looks like he can stay for 17 days (remaining time for this months rent) + 30 days when notice is given + another 30 days if he files a motion to the courts for additional time for a total of 77 days.Would also appreciate any lawyer recommendations in Las Vegas.Thank you
