Hello All,I have been looking at some properties and wanted to start practicing analyzing deals but I'm not sure where to get the information I need from.

Here in Barrie, it is standard practice for the students to pay an all-inclusive rent.  

I'm an auctioneer not presently practicing but have sold a lot of property (100s) for a lot of banks at a lot of auctions.

I haven't heard about such lending practice before (admittedly my knowledge on this subject is limited).

Our customer base would be of better quality if we did.Our business would benefit if the industry actually established consistent operation practices and we got rid of all the mom and pop hobby landlords.
