Today we removed groups from BiggerPockets.The move was a large one, but one that really had to happen for a few reasons:Groups were certainly effective for allowing people to show their interests, however for many years the vast majority of our groups were being used for one purpose: ads & spam.

I have been asked to focus on several things such as helping threads stay on topic, keeping threads moving if they still have value in them, welcoming new members to the site, and providing an extra set of eyes for inappropriate content/spam.

And all of your agents, brokers, etc. who are around you and earning money off of this decision will key on this emotion to close you.So I think the key is to take a bit of that money and gamble it--just to see your emotional response.
