Many don't lend in Las Vegas, guess they ain't the gambling type :0)

Today we removed groups from BiggerPockets.The move was a large one, but one that really had to happen for a few reasons:Groups were certainly effective for allowing people to show their interests, however for many years the vast majority of our groups were being used for one purpose: ads & spam.

I have been asked to focus on several things such as helping threads stay on topic, keeping threads moving if they still have value in them, welcoming new members to the site, and providing an extra set of eyes for inappropriate content/spam.

If you are OK with that gamble, go for it, and I hope that everything works out (which it does more often than it does not).

And all of your agents, brokers, etc. who are around you and earning money off of this decision will key on this emotion to close you.So I think the key is to take a bit of that money and gamble it--just to see your emotional response.

I do get some inquiries,.. it's just that most of the inquires suck or are spam.

It's a gamble in any case and I recommend working with an agent that knows the seller well and knows how to submit offers with success!

How would you invest a million dollars to net a $100,000 income a year without gambling and taking too much risk?

I'm also willing to take a gamble on my skills at assessing the condition of the property from the outside.
