In Riverside and San Berdo counties there are millions of platted lots.. and each little area around CA will have antiquated subdivisions of legal lots of record which now a days are not buildable because of utl issues IE septic or water.

If so which neighborhoods are up and coming (I hear Avondale and Riverside are favorable)- Do you foresee any price corrections in the next year?

@Glen Doering I'm going through a tape of assets and looked up the borrower on the Missouri courts website which lists all criminal and civil cases and the income tax lien showed up there as a judgment in a case of the borrower vs the Missouri DOR.
