@Elizabeth Colegrove  I agree.... how many homes have you had trashed by tenants in their everyday living environment... crazy paint  ruined floors in a years time etc ?

Apparently, they can't stop you unless they've stayed in that day and bolted the door in which case you won't have access.But they can't do that forever so try every day after if that happens.

There are many determining factors and indicators in this market that will allow you to narrow down a solid price point that is reliable based on market activity - I do it every day for investors, investment companies, and lenders throughout the country that need Metro Atlanta home assessments. 

Take advantage of long term investment benefits - stomach the dips/rises & retire by 60, have a maid do my laundry/clean my house/cook my food, live in an area with nice weather, workout every day, ride motorcycles, drive sports cars, do track days, visit Vegas whenever I want.I plan to do this with income properties - buy a duplex, 3-4 unit, and into the bigger (15-20 unit) closer to retirement.Long Beach investors - hit me up!

Keep moving forward.My small rant being said the vast majority of people here I believe are good, hard working individuals with a similar mindset to myself and I'm grateful everyday I get to work with them.
