Elderly residents with walkers having to get their mail from the side of a bust highway.

The home needs work and the owners are elderly and on a fixed income.  

My elderly mother lives in a nice mobile home park in Largo, FL and is in need of a roommate.

This has been okay so far but recently the inspectors are finding small issues like- door does not close property or the smoke alarm is not heard in a room (everyone else could hear it, the inspector was an elderly gentleman) or missing blanks in electrical panel.

Hello, My girlfriend caught her mom's nursing home performing elder abuse, and has it on record, and has proof.She immediately moved her mom out of there and brought her to live with us here in California.

It has been folks looking for a job, an elderly writer who needed a safe place to stay he was a tenant for several years till he died. 

As a homeowner gets older, going up and down a flight of stairs not only becomes a burden, it also becomes a safety issue--falls and broken bones are bad for anyone but worse for someone elderly.

Seems like my elderly tenants are always my best tenants and don't bring around problems.. any thoughts on how to go about this without running into any type of discrimination etc?

When you have an elderly aunt and you go through things that you want people to have when you pass, it's customary to wait for them to actually pass; not to steal their jewelry before they are dead which she did.
