If living with your parents frees up cash you would have spent on room and board to spend on fun and toys, then I start having a problem.

Besides, the GKs are getting drones from old Santa, you can buy one as a toy, it flies okay in calm winds, stay under 500 feet, they come with a camera that you down load, at under $300 they don't transmit pics but take them.

You might instead say I am in town from x day to y day when can we meet and he might say I am sorry I am on vacation that week but then you have a request and a response.

If you let the real estate bear some of the burden and leave her a greater percentage of her income for personal spending, vacations, toys, etc I'm sure she will be much less against being the only w-2 earner. 

Currently we have none but were toying with the idea of giving back $50+ per lease renewal with ever increasing amounts for multiyear renewals (i.e., 2nd renewal $100, 3rd $150, etc).

Could never live without my truck, but I tow 10k pounds at least 5 times a month on average, plus I have toys that really like living in the back of a truck.

everyone just jumps in and they risk the refi not happening or rehab being butchered etc.. for the average investors buying something already rehabbed is much safer.. although it does defeat the forced appreciation part of it.I am toying with firing back up my BRRR funding arm..
