Being bedridden for a few years and studying about 50 hours at learning on top of my construction management and real estate has given me a unique insight of the market. 

When working with a licensed Real Estate Brokerage you know that your Property Manager must adhere to very strict trust accounting standards that are enforced by that State's Division of Real Estate.

Instead of just traditional homes and condos, I want to venture into the unique world of Airstreams, Tiny Homes, Shipping Containers, Treehouses. 

Related to that last point and true whether you use one or more QB files, I create a unique category for each note.Because I have ZERO creativity, I use the address of the collateral securing the address as the category.
