The realtors sends me listing every day and most are junk.  

Hello BPi Was working with a mentor/investor, and since i'm learning about this business everyday.

A lot of investors are already doing all those stuff and it makes it harder everyday to find a buyer interested in our deals.

Say to yourself everyday that you will never have enough knowledge and you want to be so good that everyone seeks you out and you can pick and choose who you want to work with.
