It's only been a few months for me so I can't say that this is a life saver but the reviews are pretty good and things are flowing freely in the house. 

Most of us are not giving 1M in captial and allowed to spend freely.  

I'll always love it on some level but one can't truly retire or relocate freely with RE yet selling it comes with a massive tax hit. 

It's true that it's growng and if you speak spanish and like friendly people from across the border who freely walk across your property, it's for you.

It’s especially unhelpful because there are many people trying to fleece inexperienced investors.I agree it is easy to forget what you didn't know when you started, but at the same time with all the online resources that are freely available, it just takes a bit of time of a newbie doing a search for a topic and reading through what they find.  

If the rest of the bathroom plumbing fixtures are flowing freely then usually it’s not a clogged waste pipe.

If income grows faster than rent then the home appreciation can still accelarate rapidly especially when city inventory is reducing....Also the very basic component of home appreciation is money being circulated and not primarily the income in that area.
