I have a buyer who owns a 5013C she wants to get into a property that has not been occupied in several years it is an old restaurant that she wants to use as her business headquarters. she wants the owner to donate for the tax write off incentive has anyone ever dealt with something like this?

i have a question , i just purchased a property in this years tax sale in the bessemer cut off area , i am a little confused as to taking posession of the property , it is vacant and has been for about 2 years . it is a commercial property too , I have found out that the said owners tried to donate the property to the foundry missions and they did not want it due to back property taxes being owed on it . what can i do ?

Having bad employees or being inconsistent is not a good way to accomplish that goal.Now, if enjoy being a non-for-profit company, by all means do the good work... just be aware you will under-funded, working for donations, and relying on volunteers...
