We're wondering if anyone knows an architect who's familiar with the process who can help walk us through the permitting process (we've done extensive renovations in the past, but never in this county).Also, would love to hear any pearls of wisdom from anyone who's renovated in SF (including working through the permitting process, anything you wish you knew before you started, regulations that are unique to SF, etc.)  

The ability to use financing is one of the things that makes real estate investing so unique.

I am an Econ major from the University of Dayton and a former Division 1 Baseball player. 

Kinda makes me think that maybe, just maybe, each asset class has their own unique pros and cons and there isn't a one size fits all 'best way to invest'...

Once you have this document you will be uniquely in a position to have something to sell.

Had to communicate with the local division, but ultimately, it was wiped away and I was able to sell the property within a month.  

I would like to hear some feedback from fellow Keller Williams agents in the commercial division.

They also focus on residential, but they have a commercial division.

I work with hundreds of real estate investors, each one unique in their strengths and weaknesses.

If someone is getting $900 per month in lot rent, then this is a very unique situation and recreating it for $500K seems very unlikely.
