Now take a step back and now look at the big pictures.how can anyone compete with you when your competitors get desperate for sellers attention by scribbles, figures doodles and overcrowded text in the mailers, when you have a sweet awesome site for all the other competitors to compete against.They have no chance.Yes yes I am friggin awesome I know I KNOW!!

@Gerardo Hernandez At first, the sites determine your rates for you, using their data and evaluating your competitors in the market.

The guys at Memphis Invest are great guys and I have a lot of respect for them considering they are probably our biggest competitor and they are guys with good morals.  

In my area, auction.com and its competitors (homesearch.com, hubzu etc.) get properties from a wide range of sources.

(You also avoid competitors spamming your PPC ads, which has been done). 

I compare it to a site like HomeUnion, the main competitor of Roofstock, which I find a bit confusing.Interested Party: No matter what though, always remember that Roofstock is an interested party.

- Ask them how they think they are different than their competitors.- Do they have their own construction crew?

It looks like Microsoft is just creating new standards to just make life difficult for competitors and folks like me.Sorry on this one.

Unfortunately, that means your competitors can do the same and flood the market.
