Our investing firm is looking to build some relationships in the Macomb county Michigan area.We do a lot of direct mail and have a strong web presence.

I looked on a few different HVAC web sites and I don't see parts listed except for  thermostats and complete electric baseboards.If hydronic, then yes, but you'd have to know how to drain the boiler, solder heating element to pipes, and refill/bleed all the air out.  

For projects I haven't done before I check out two web sites:The Family HandymanThis Old HouseThey usually have DIY's for any project I'd be doing myself rather than hiring out.  

My skills are in graphic design, marketing, filming/editing, social media, web design, etc.  

Look how much money goes into the web site, podcasts, the forum, calculators, blogs, and beard maintenance products for @Brandon Turner. 

Its the equivalent of people who go to web MD then show up in the ER and tell me what's wrong w them.Everyone all of a sudden has all these rare diseases.

Second go to the LTB web site and read/understand everything available.

I've heard about sourcing agents but unsure how to find them in NZ as I cannot find any on the web.
