Labor is cheaper (in Eastern NC compared with a large city) but materials cost mostly the same anywhere in NC.  

Now a seller's agent spend lots of money and time working their spheres of influence, doing business by referral, sending out marketing materials to possible sellers, organizing events to find sellers, cold calling, and many other things to find homes to list.

This was offered as a short term promotion by a lender that I had other loans with and have done loans since.  

It will just be material and time for our foreman who can get all the work done.
