When we built condos we would get warranty complaints which included the wolf oven took to long to heat up (though it was taking the time it mentioned in the manual), that the dual flush toilets do not work (I had to get a letter from Kohler about how much you know what is typicaly in a flush and what it could handle)....

Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone,Jerry W, I've only gone all in on the first hand once, but I did have the nut flush and there were no pairs on the board so...Jeff S, Eventually I would like to buy and hold, but I see myself rehabbing 10 or 20 properties between buy and holds so that I can buy them cash.I just started working with my first RE agent last week, and I plan on meeting at least 2 more very soon.

It's not necessary to have refrigerant lines replaced just have them flushed and have a filter dryer installed, and tech will pull a vacuum.
