I'll be going with century 21, my best friend and his dad work there, they told me since I'm a new agent I will most likely get 50/50 split for the first new months and then I'll be able to negotiate later.

I have 2 management companies (Century 21 & Long and Foster) because the properties are in 2 different states.  

Bigger companies such as KW, ReMAX and Century 21 offer good training programs and name recognition, however their commission split is high and you pay monthly office fees.

I know a Century 21 or RE/Max will probably not sell me a franchise due to lack of experience.

Hi Gary: The house is beautiful; you really stayed true to the Mid-Century motif.

They belong in 18th century California Missions and Tex-Mex restaurants.

The look can be a bit mid-century modern, which is very popular these days, but it blends ok with painted cabinets and older counters.
