Sending money to an individual via Paypal using a bank balance costs nothing, so if they use this method there is no cost to me or them.For organizing information about rent, leases, repairs and everything else, I use a PM-specific web app in conjunction with Google Drive.

Next was a 4 unit apartment , same realtor, but Fannie Mae listed on the web.  

I think we've got some pretty educational content out on the web with this conversation.I wounder if the general Anti PM, Anti Landlord, Anti this or that rhetoric that we see is why we don't have more seasoned Professionals posting on the forums more often.........Thoughts on this Jay?
