Does your corporation or LLC have Articles of Incorporation or Organization filed with the Secretary of State’s office?

They organize group homes. 

I’m trying to figure out the most important things to do right off the bat, how to organize accounts and business entities, etc.

@Bob Huggins if you're trying to get more organized as a property manager, the single best decision I ever made was hiring a bookkeeper. 

But your house farm was organic.   

I was wondering if anyone knew of any organizations or types of companies like this that I might be able to look into. 

I would go see several lenders with all of the documentation sorted out and organized, then just present it to them.

., even though the California Association of Realtors form is generic in some regards, it is a time-tested, updated, California-specific lease agreement with the backing of a statewide organization focused on real estate. 

The next day (7/12), I was sent a Registration Confirmed email that advised me to log into the Client Portal and complete my information at my earliest convenience (however, this info was needed before any other steps could be completed).
