There are many advantages of a Delaware LLC, there may be several disadvantages (such as annual fees, qualification, taxation, etc"............As far as I know, by way of attorney, Delaware Corporations/LLC's can not be rejected to do business in any state except for certain restrictions that are related to licensing, state denied type of business, etc....Further more........I.E.- Annual Fee- $100.00 vs. 100% Liability of Initial Investment (start up you can say?).

I have no idea... but there is no denying that high speed internet is an incentive that middle class people demand.
