HI BPIt's been a while since I have been on BP.I have been toying with the possibility of building an apartment building.This is a bucket list thing, and I think an opportunity has come up.This is a VERY general question, what do I need to consider when building an apartment building.This is something OUTSIDE of my expertise.  

My wife and I are toying with the idea.

I feel like a kid in the toy store, there is so much available, I don't know where to begin.  

At one time, my partner and I were toying with the idea of taking 1/2 of our winnings from Bay Area real estate and investing out of state.

@Sam Josh do you really think the only way to help new investors is to yes them along, coddle them, and tell them all of their dreams will come true?

I used to have all the toys (420HP Corvette, an expedition ready Land rover, etc) and I always thought bigger, better, more.

Dogs must be clean and well cared for and have at least a moderate semblance of manners.I'd rather have 200 pound mastiff sleeping all day in my house than a 3 pound toy poodle peeing behind the sofa.Larger breeds tend to be calmer and easier to house train.
