These success stories refresh our perspective and lift our spirits.

And refreshing since don't see enough posts by people (includes me) know what they're talking about on non- real estate stuff here.

But now after a couple of updates I am not getting any text notifications, and I have to physically go into the messages app and refresh it to see the texts.  

It's refreshing to hear stories of understanding in a relationship such as yours. 

All the learning that you are about to receive for free is costing me close to $4,000 a semester just for an A.A.Which is really a refresher of the basics of math writing ect.Dropping out of high school has been one of my greatest regrets.

@Steven HermanI would offer 5%, but if the agent insists on 10%, make sure that the ongoing 10% includes the leasing fee and managing the contractor(s) during the unit refresh. 

I would read over the lease and the KY specific rules as a refresher and see where you stand.

Its the tenants property they have physical control of it at that point. 4-6 weeks is normal. 1 week to clean, spackle, do small upgrades like replace flooring in a room, touch-up paint, etc to refresh the place, 1-2 weeks to find a new tenant, 2-3 weeks for them to move in.

One tip is to constanly update and refresh your listing so it doesn't get buried in the hundreds of listings.
