Some people go to Lake Lewisville/Dallas/Grapevine, but I don't hear about them spending the night and there are pretty limited options right on the water.I still hear a few people going up to Broken Bow/Hochatown, but that talk is way way down since about 2021.

At this time, that would not be the best option for me.

I am not an advisor, but I would definitely consider your options here... 

I am looking at first and last to move in and when the renter sells their current house, they want to put money down towards an option to buy.

Back when I first had the idea of real estate investing, creative financing was my only option, seeing as I had little capital on hand and even less of a chance that any lender would talk to me. 

You may want to get an attorney and hope RTR doesn't sue you.There are numerous posts here on BP with warnings about buying turnkey because you pay top dollar.

If Number one is an option, I would be more than happy to sell some of my notes. :-)
