I believe RE will inflate in value while notes are fixed with current VERY low rates likely, fully taxable as ordinary income and no flexibility to move them to cash like RE owned.4.My toy car currently is a yellow Viper Hennessey SRT with 650 HP and capable of 175mph PLUS.5.

Hi all,I'm working on my buyers website, and I am toying with the idea of making the property listings exclusive to investors that signed up to be on my buyers list.My question is: should I take this approach, list all of the properties, or maybe some sort of hybrid where new listings are exclusive and then open them up to the everyone?

There is not much difference, but the difference on several properties pays for the insurance on one of my toys, so the insurance guy gets it anyway!
