@Cecelia RedmondI have the same question come to mind as @Dawn Anastasi.If you want to flip houses, rather than spend thousands on some slickly promoted guru class, why not find a successful flipper in your area and approach her/him with an offer to put money into their next project with the condition that you get to apprentice during the process.  

If he continues promoting this here or elsewhere, I plan to report him to the DOL.

If someone is broke because they bought a 1,499 system and just by dumb luck finds a great deal then the promoter might be interested in buying the property and throwing them a small bone.

, i do want to get my realtors license this year that is one thing i plan on doing. however i don't want to stop my current job i like what i do and I'm in for a possible promotion to a 70k salary which would be nice to have for investing .and yes i have checked out a few pod casts and pan to check out the whole collection!

Usually the promoters of such syndicates invest some of their own cash into the deal so they get a slice of the equity.

If you don't already know their market, then I believe that rather than promoting yourself, you should instead point them in the direction of others who already DO, and are already THERE!
