When the hurricane Ian came, though it reduced the force when it reached Orlando, it still blew away a few shingles that estimated repair cost around $1k.  

@Ian Ippolito made some great points and I will add a few additional thoughts.You do not need to be accredited to invest in real estate syndications and there are quality operators who offer investments to non-accredited investors.  

@Ian Middleton First thing to do is check if your current insurance carrier has a Dog Exclusion, which could exclude any liability claims resulting from dogs.

@Ian Kinder first you must file the first PTA - Property Transfer Affidavit within 45 days or you will be fined $200.
