As you may know, Amazon is opening major distribution hub.

I'm really looking for a hub on Bigger Pockets where can ask and discuss real estate investing with the world.

Yet, a city small city market with a booming tech hub doesn't experience the blow as bad.

Hubs usually does my leg work so he tells them no, his wife does. 

Summer though that I agree with compared to Texas its a delight.I like Charleston SC as a choice.. lots happening real estate wise.. great town great history resturants are really good.. and your right on the ocean so boating fishing etc is nice.. and airport you can get to the major hubs very easy.. economy booming with Boeing Volvo BMW and right to work state. 

Hubs and I only drank 1 buck chuck wine for about 5 years.

Pittsburgh has become such a tech hub with Amazon, Uber, Autodesk and Google thus attracting many to move here and in turn buy and rent here.

The larger Cleveland-Akron-Canton Combined Statistical Area (CSA) has a population of 3.5 million and it is the 15th largest CSA in the country.With its prime location, Cleveland served as a transportation hub on the Great Lakes, which helped it develop as a major commercial center.

Even then the only people who would really suffer RE wise is people located in tech hubs.
