I'm assuming this means anything residents damage and I would still be responsible if a fridge breaks or a roof leaks. 

Although, apparently there have been some strike problems (can't tell if it's local or across the seas), so they are a bit delayed on having the dishwasher and fridge cabinets in stock.

I sold it last year for 159 after paint and adding 1 cabinet 1 fridge and refinishing the floors.

All I said was if someone is so picky to demand forced air heat, granite countertops, French door fridge, then they should be buying a house, not renting (or renting in B or A class areas).

if not tear it out and open that up to a full counter top spacemove that sink to the corner and add a couple uppers on the wall next to the area were the fridge use to setyou could use a couple tall pantry cabs on the ends then you should have a nice kit layout with plenty of cab spaceenjoy

Fridge is a 32" counter Depth from pc Richards-900 scratched dishwasher 125, stove was 1100 from sears and the washer dryer I forget.  

As long as a stove and fridge are not placed in the basement, is that ok?

Cosmetic items could be relevant if your on a tight budget but making a simple list like: lawn cleanup, recarpet 2 of 3 bedrooms, new fridge, 8 windows need new blinds, are smoke detectors/CO2 up to current rental code, ect...

Fridge and stove, central air and heat.

Bottom line: not providing a fridge and washer/dryer is customary here..
