They don't inspect inside the residence, but they inspect the perimeter of all the homes to see if there are weeds, desert grasses and brush that create a fire hazard.The city does NOT charge to do the inspection.

But what you do is when its over you pick yourself up, brush yourself off and go at it again.

Park lot rent is 310 (low for this area and nicest park around), includes brush pickup and septic pumping.

Much less actually pick up a paint brush or a screwdriver. 

@ Matt I don't mean to paint every realtor with the same brush I know there are a lot of excellent ones, but it gets me when I hear agents say "it's the homeowners fault we were just standing next to them getting paid very well advising and they chose to listen" but you gave a perfect example if someone bought a home today for $250k and 36 months later it's worth $500k.

It seems to me like they really don't want to help at all and by suggesting that a person read through the site alone is a way to indirectly brush them off.

Some buyers want to do nothing and are afraid to pick up a paint brush, so this will help alleviate that. 

Next I need the brush removed, which is taller than I am.
