I need to look into these further, so I'm not promoting them, but they might be the answer to compliant texting. 

Made 4 connections this past week by promoting a property I have under contract to buyers in that specific area.

I know a number of agents who are now using full motion videos, promoting $2M+ properties locally and internationally, and who report that their commitment to making these videos is landing them more listings, winning them from agents who do not use video in their marketing.

Currently working on Arianna Grande, Kalin and Myles, Zendaya, etc...Hope this isn't shameless self-promotion.....its not REI related!

What we ask is pretty simple:Respect one another . . . respect our rules . . . don't SPAM or self-promote outside the appropriate areas of the site.The vast majority of our users never have a problem.

People will understand you better with the extra info.You will be contacted by the moderators concerning your promotion of the NR organization.

If a book is promoting something illegal or unethical, he will "out" it.

This thread is not, however, the place to promote your website, service, etc!

It seems to me to have negative connotations and to promote negative impressions of the business and its practitioners!
