The project management side of things even if slightly more expensive still makes sense because it should save me time and travel expenses.

I am in a medical field for several years so doing real estate is something completely foreign to me but I like the thrill of doing something I haven't done before and I think this is something I see myself doing for a while.

The state is in a recession right now (though the medical/healthcare industry which you are in is doing great) so that means job loss and population decline.

That place would have been cleaned out already if it were mine, but I take the road less traveled.

I was able to fill each space with photographers, hair salon, insurance agent, recording studio, background check company, cpa, medical massage and a 3000 sq ft floor to a non-profit dance studio.I often bring the group together for happy hours on my dime, networking meetings etc.  

They also likely understand you supposedly cannot ask them WHAT health concern.You can, of course, ask for the name of the  medical provider they have seen that has diagnosed this "health concern".If you don't wish to go this route you can explain to the tenant you have addressed this issue with professionals but if they wish to break their lease you will place the unit on the market and once it is re-rented they no longer owe rent.

Hello all, I am a 33 year old Pipefitter that is laid off to much, due to lack of local work, I have to travel states away for work.

my partner got the call last week and they said her ex-husband hit a kid with his car and they want money for the medical bills because they couldn't go to the cops because they were wanted criminals so they'll take the money or shoot.

Our tenants are primarily from the medical school community and don't cook too much.
