@Brandon Chaney As a Realtor and Investor Myself, have received several inquiries from clients with this same mindset and I always try my best to educate them that it doesn't matter where they find the deal either MLS or Off-Market it's all about the numbers.Many of these clients don't fully understand what wholesaling entails.

Another big mistake is under estimating the level of detail asset management entails.
