The Zillow and BP seems to be the most accurate based on the data you provided.

"Easy and to the point" is not the correct methodology with respect to your needs.

I will sometimes look at median home price instead of income if income data is unavailable.

How did you develop your methodologies of analyzing?

A couple of recommendations here:- Invest in software: i.e. dialers, CRM, & property data platforms.

I estimate the cost to be about $200,000 based on no hard data but the DSLD house that I bought cost $270,000.
