To your point, the BRRRR strategy actually lets you limit cash in a property and limit leverage, minimizing risk and maximizing yield.

If you can time the sales right you can sell all three to different buyers which will maximize your selling price but still combine them into one or fewer larger assets if you like.

@Jaysen Medhurst At least in my head, I was planning on maximizing the amount of mortgage loans I can get before moving on to corporate loans.

In certain time periods of our lives, we want to maximize leverage and acquisitions; in other times we would like to maximize cash flow.
