New paint on full interior and exterior.

Make sure all the interior light bulbs are LED.

On a few of the interior walls there were red x’s drawn in what looked like red marker.

I've also been wondering how re-assessment works after a remodel of the interior or work done on the exterior of the house.

And if they have to drill holes for interior piers, you pretty much will have to replace the entire flooring. $$$$3.

In college I worked for a private investor that owned 5-6 three family homes in RI where I learned how to do full interior demo and renovations so I'm open to putting some sweat equity into my purchase. 

If the interior walls, hallways windows etc, are all perfect no signs of sagging , then I am sure it is just a " nothing " of a crack,,,,,Good Luck 

I did a partial rehab on the property since it already had new carpet and complete interior paint.
