At best,tenants with great payment history can miss items that need maintenance:  for example a small leak under a kitchen sink that goes un-noticed that gets to the point of mold growing and cabinets that need to be replaced.Many of investors that have horror stories after a tenant moves out with costly repairs had tenants that paid on time.

(an investor who only buys and sells in US markets has very little exposure to foreign exchange, so the fluctuation of the US Dollar may go unnoticed to you.)Back to my point... the value of the US Dollar rises and falls, but the paper it is printed on wears out and must eventually be taken out of circulation and replaced by another bill.

True it was, but some thing go unnoticed when you see an apartment at night. his offer was to vaccuum it.... now we are not moved in yet, we cant move in - until the work is done. he said if I feel this is not going to be the apartment for me, to let him know..
