It is in fact trademarked.

And folks in those days especially in rural areas were not trademarked like urban areas and were very amenable to the calls.. now a days its a stain.. between hotels  the guys from India Bangladesh who say they are with the govmit and then the phillipino ladies working for the wholesalers its  just too much. 

Or when a video of some tenant at home in the buff shows up on YouTube and they blame it on their landlord's "SPY-Fi" (yes, I just made that up and I will be trademarking it later today, LOL)!

I mean it was word for word The analyzer software, which Scott's is trademarked, is even almost EXACTLY the same.

There is no foolproof system, no magic road to glory, certainly no trademarked book or video or seminar that is The Way.This is what Matthew pointed out in his initial post in the other thread.

Bookkeepers and accountants are not musical artists, artists, authors etc where you can trademark/copywrite your work - all you do is put numbers the business owner gives you in an organized fashion.

Obtaining trade marks and corporate filings alone don't meet the requirements.Awards or course completion certificates can be given by anyone holding a course, those are not considered degrees or professional/vocational certifications. :)
