I'm talking a house that needs a few drywall holes patched, paint all the way around, maybe some carpet or a small area of laminate, plant a few bushes.

But the fact is there is no structural damage, only few shingle been rubbed and cost him only $200 to patch.

Is it worth to claim to insurance co to replace the new roof then we get the record claim and the rest of our insurances will go up next year or patch them will be enough ?.

found a guy that is refinishing about 500 sqft including blending in an old air return patch for about $750 total. 

Patching is not option anymore and nobody will hang fixing cracks for 2k.

Kitchen and bathroom mostly... little bit of dry wall, cabinets appliances, patch paint, vanity, mirrors countertops.

But have now torn out half of a rock lathe wall, will need to repair that, drywall is going to be tricky to patch in.   

She is patching and returning everything else to move in condition (why do people have to hang stuff on every wall!!??)
