On a first glance, it reeks of those Nigerian scam letters and that IS NOT a good thing, especially when you are trying to break into the real estate game with a bunch of hardened players assuming everybody is trying to game them.

This will not be the last, as you know, but, as the network is hardened it will be better prepared to readily fend off future attacks.You have credible support staff and vendors to help resolve this issue, so we are not worried, it's only annoying.These hackers/pests will not go away unfortunately and have nothing significant to add to the betterment of mankind other than misery.

Personally I'd rather spend a bit more money to make the property a bit nicer than the competition and "hardened" to attract a better tenant.

The military is doing preperation for a possible massive civil unrest.also this year, the federal reserve in new york moved to chicago stating they want to avoid a "natural disaster"the next federal reserve meeting is set for sept 16 and 17 where it could be when they do the rate hike.home land security has bought record levels of AR-15 ammo this year (62 million rounds)Norad announced this year they are moving back to the cheyenne mountains noting because it is EMP hardened possibly preparing for a massive attack?

Indoor I have cleaned area(if non structural) applied either wood filler or mud with plaster to harden, sand to flush, then prime and paint.Same thing for exterior non structural areas of smaller size.

Okay  - I'm seeking input from some seasoned / battle hardened real estate investors about my next investment move.Here is a synopsis of our circumstances and what my goal is:  1: I am unemployed (semi-retired or you might say fully depreciated in my industry;-), but I continue to look for work. 2: I have a strong operations background and know how to determine whether I can turn a profit on an investment 3: I have a respectable amount of capital available for the right investment 4: I am not afraid to micro manage an investment project5: Perfect world I would like to "net" a minimum of $2500 per month within the next 10-12 months and would like to continue increasing that amount through further investing6: Any return on my investment "must" give me a minimum of a 10% return on my investment.7: I am pre approved to finance up to $200K Some personal notes: My son has a mild disability and is our greatest concern.

You dig down under these section in sequence, first doing all of the A's, then the B's, C's, D's, and finally the E's, pouring a new footer and then foundation wall extension for each section allowing it to harden thoroughly before proceeding on to the next set of sections.
