LOL  give me a good ole deed of trust with power of sale state any day.I still get circulars from my attorney's keeping me abreast of the foreclosure laws ( at least here in Oregon and Washington) and there is only so much time you can post pone a sale without starting over.. its something in the order of 5 to 7 months..

Essentially your offering is going to be an offering exempt from REGISTRATION, either through the private offering exemption or through an intra state offering exemption.You can search my previous posts for a full explanation of exemption from registration for offerings, but to summarize, there is a GENERAL EXEMPTION for private offerings, and there is SAFE HARBOR exemptions that comply with Regulation D, 504 b or 504 c, that require a Private Placement Memorandum ( or for smaller offerings an Offering Circular) and SEC FILING (not REGISTRATION) of Form D.

I didn't grab any good photos of my cutting guide, but basically I just clamped the old doors together with the new one 1.5" off my circular saw guide (distance from guide to blade) and it worked great!
