Now as a frequent traveler often to mountains, I always book hot tubs. 

In NC, if you don't do things by the book, it can be so much worse in the end.

As many of you can probably relate, this book opened my eyes to the power of the dollar, and it got me interested in real-estate.

We do the book keeping and self manage our properties.

Class B properties are a solid middle-class mix of both white-collar and blue-collar tenants.

They all quit and turned on him and wrote books about how bad he is.

Wasn't there a book something about 10,000hrs of practice or maybe it was a chapter in a book. 

I am reading a bunch of real estate investing books , talking to realtors & loan officers, and trying to educate myself best I can.I'm also looking to expand my network within the real estate investing community, and I believe this is a great opportunity to connect.
