I guess I will try and talk with him when I move in but I’m confident you can’t even rent a studio apartment in this zip code (06790) for $7504) When I sit down with him upon closing I plan on asking him personally if there’s anything that should be brought to my attention that needs to be done that I may not have seen on the home inspection which I will absolutely repair.  

My house is near a military base and hospital, but it's 3 bedrooms and most people who do well on FF have a studio or 1 bedroom.

Agreed re Scottsdale potential especially around Old Town to North Scottsdale (location of my other property) and I would be able to get a bigger space (LA and NY is a studio or 1bd) - I'll make a separate trip but appreciative to hear insights on the current market and what you all would do!  

We currently have three other rental properties and rent a studio out in our primary residence.
