Knowing how to use many different strategies allows the REI to take advantage of markets/properties that are available, but that other REI's can't make work. 

Get with a few contractors and have them different quotes and how they will perform the work.

My intention it to pitch two different proposals from which to choose, as trusts can have different goals.

@Abriauna Garcia I'm not an FHA expert, I'm sure others that are will chime in at some point, but the most commonly focused on difference is the lower down payment requirement with FHA loans.

Those two areas are very different zip codes and price points for house hacking, what made you select the two? 

As has been pointed out already, it's a different business model and do they even know to manage it? 

We work 95% with investors so our business model is a bit different as many of our clients are repeat business. 

If they over-promise and under-deliver, transfer the next property to a different PM.

Pace is no different than the leaders of Hamas or the Sinaloa Cartel in that manner.
