Pick up some cheap wireless routers from Goodwill for $5 and you’ll find most can already function at either end of that wireless bridge (either converting the existing municipal WiFi to Ethernet or rebroadcasting that Ethernet cable in a basic “bridge only” mode that gets you out having to do late night web search for “Double NAT” which is actually far more annoying than the physical bugs of the same name.

We manage property in Charlotte as well, and we made it a specific point to contact every tenant who has not paid and even went so far as to set up a private web form (similar to a bank) where the residents who do have real Covid-19 related payment issues can submit information as to what their issue is, why they can’t pay, when they can pay etc, what they can pay, etc.

Vegas is driven by CROWDS, and people will not be jumping back to big crowded environments so quickly and I can't picture people at nightclubs and pool parties flirting with masks on LOL Gambling is driven by excess capital, it's hard to say how that will be effected here but with many locals out of work the casinos will be reliant on tourism which I think is going to be a while recovering.

They may have overextended themselves or want to liquidate what they have because they are gambling that they can buy even cheaper in 6 months, who knows.
