I'm willing to travel and just want to get an idea of any brokers out there that I might be talking with to see if we're a fit and how we might work together.  

There is a medical office unit for sale in my area.

I've never had to file a claim, but I have had good prices and service so far from Travelers insurance. 

I have a Medical Savings Account through my employment (it covers me and my wife).

I'm in healthcare administration and I'm also adjunct faculty at a medical school. 

I don't take financial advice from people that have less than me and have not been down my road I am traveling. 

You owe it to yourself to take out separate Property/Travel/Car Insurance (etc) as well...

I agree with the poster above ... business with a concentration in Finance would be my first pick ... it applies well to RE, and it also "travels well" if you decide to initially pursue a job outside of RE ...

I'm medically retired now.  

The project management side of things even if slightly more expensive still makes sense because it should save me time and travel expenses.
