I may even have to shop locally but I wanted to put this out there to mastermind some ideas.

Most seminars, coaches, gurus, are overpriced and just looking to take all your money.However, most successful ppl in this business are a part of some mastermind and have definitely paid for mentorship, coaching, etc.You just have to find a good program that fits your budget.

I have been in the business for decades and I am always part of a coaching or mastermind program to bring me to the next level.That being said, I do not believe you should spend a fortune when you are starting out.
