But the attorney did warn me it may not be worth the headache since there is a possibility her boyfriend may just do that anyway with disregard to her tax situation so she suggested that since the next cheapest 1 br unit was listed for almost $250K more that I turn around and list it for sale at $200k more or some ridiculous price it wont sell at and just give it to a high volume real estate firm to do multiple showings since the lease states there is no amount of maximum showings allowed.
